- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had nothing but issues since I enrolled with this agency. Provided misinformation, incorrect quotes that the agent couldn't find once I signed on, rate changes a month or so after policy became active, rates still wrong, specifically requested benefits not added to policy, requests to complete the MOST forms after policy became effective, delay in processing forms or forms not even processed at all, oh missing forms, and the response from the staff hasn't been up to par.
